Document Overview

These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchases made within the Emergency New Zealand community. By purchasing a product, pack, vehicle, role, or any other store item, you agree to follow the terms listed on this page.

This document explains what is permitted, how purchases are handled, what may change over time, and how support can be requested. Emergency New Zealand may update these terms when required. Users will be notified at least 24 hours before any major changes take effect.

Emergency New Zealand is a New Zealand-based FiveM community. All purchases, agreements, and store-related matters are subject to New Zealand law.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase.

1. Refunds, Returns & Disclaimers

This section outlines how refunds, returns, payment issues, and product disclaimers are handled. Questions about refunds or purchases should be raised through a Management Ticket.

1.1 Once payment has been submitted for a product, users are not eligible for a refund.

1.2 Users who are removed from the community, including being banned or kicked, are not eligible for a refund. Removal from the community is generally the result of breaching community standards or rules.

1.3 If a user is later reinstated, such as being unbanned, they may regain access to any previously purchased packs within the community.

1.4 Attempts to bypass this refund policy, including PayPal chargebacks or payment disputes, may result in action being taken by Emergency New Zealand.

1.5 In exceptional situations, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Emergency New Zealand management. This may include cases where a purchase was made using another person’s payment method without permission.

1.6 Emergency New Zealand is not responsible for users’ payment methods. Users are fully responsible for managing, authorising, and securing their own payments.

1.7 Emergency New Zealand is not responsible for how users choose to use purchased products in-game. Users are responsible for their own actions when using purchased content.

1.8 Emergency New Zealand is not responsible for account security issues, including hacked or compromised Discord accounts. If this occurs, you must provide proof of purchase and proof of ownership of the previous account to recover your products.

1.9 Product images may not always look identical to the final in-game product. This may happen due to updates, lighting, screenshots, or user graphics packs.

1.10 Some vehicles or products may have restrictions. These restrictions will be listed before purchase. By agreeing and completing the purchase, you accept these restrictions. Refunds will not be issued due to restriction-related limitations.

2. General Access to Products

This section explains how users receive access to purchased products and how ownership of store assets is handled.

2.1 Users will not receive direct access to the product files. Instead, users will receive a role or access permission that allows them to use the purchased product within Emergency New Zealand.

2.2 All products, assets, vehicles, packs, and related content remain the property of Emergency New Zealand. Ownership is not transferred to the purchaser.

2.3 Emergency New Zealand is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues caused by the use or misuse of purchased products.

2.4 Emergency New Zealand reserves the right to remove vehicles, packs, or products from the store or server at any time. If this occurs, a suitable replacement pack may be provided.

2.5 The Emergency New Zealand Directorship Team reserves the right to remove product access from a user if the product is used incorrectly, abused, or used outside its intended purpose.

2.6 Emergency New Zealand reserves the right to update, replace, adjust, or improve any pack, vehicle, or product to improve quality, performance, realism, or server compatibility.

3. Contact & Support

This section explains how users can get assistance with purchases, product access, and store-related issues.

3.1 For help with a purchase or any store-related issue, please create a Management Ticket through the Emergency New Zealand Discord Ticket Section.

3.2 To purchase a pack, please create a Management Ticket through the Ticket Section.

3.3 Email support is available, but it is not recommended as the inbox is not monitored 24/7.
